What our clients are saying...

Frequently Asked Questions

Is mobile IV therapy safe?

At Expose Wellness, all infusions are nurse-led and performed under provider oversight. Each client completes a health intake and telehealth consult to ensure IV therapy is appropriate for their goals. We follow evidence-informed protocols, sterile technique, and individualized dosing to prioritize safety, comfort, and effective results in both mobile and in-office settings.

How long does a mobile IV infusion take?

A mobile IV infusion typically takes approximately one hour. Additional time may be needed for setup, administration, and post-infusion monitoring to ensure comfort and safety.

Do I need to be home or can you come to my office?

You may receive your infusion at home or at your office—whichever is most convenient for you. Our mobile service is designed to fit seamlessly into your day, whether you prefer to relax at home or continue working during your appointment.

What areas do you serve?

We serve clients throughout Spartanburg and the surrounding Upstate SC area, with limited service in nearby Western North Carolina. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, feel free to call or text and we’ll be happy to confirm.

How do I know which infusion is right for me?

Each visit includes a brief provider consultation to review your goals, symptoms, and health history. Your infusion is then personalized based on that discussion and what is clinically appropriate. While we don’t offer a fixed menu, we do keep a selection of commonly requested ingredients on hand to help guide recommendations and ensure flexibility in care.

Many clients come in feeling unsure—guidance is part of the experience.

Is there a difference between mobile and in-office infusions?

The infusion experience and ingredients are similar in both settings. The primary difference is convenience. Mobile infusions include travel time, setup, and one-on-one care in your home or office, which is reflected in pricing. In-office infusions offer a more cost-effective option for those who prefer to come to us.

Both options are delivered with the same focus on safety, personalization, and quality care.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Before your infusion, we recommend drinking one to two glasses of water and having a light meal or snack. Wear comfortable clothing with easy access to your arms, and plan to relax during your session. If you have any questions or concerns beforehand, feel free to reach out prior to your appointment.
